Description
ASTM A519 Seamless mechanical tubing is manufactured from carbon and alloy steels for structural or other mechanical purposes involving machining or heat treating, where close tolerances, smooth finish, or definite physical properties are important factors. Micro alloys available upon request.
Mechanical steel tubing is used in machined or formed parts of industrial, automotive, farm machinery, aircraft, transportation, materials handling, and household equipment. It is produced to exact outside diameter and wall thickness dimensions.
Most common types of mechanical tubing are Drawn Over Mandrel tubing (DOM), Hot Rolled/Finished Seamless tubing (HRS), Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (CDS)
